GameCash! is a digital platform dedicated to video game enthusiasts, designed as a complete ecosystem bringing together game sales, merchandise, a second-hand marketplace, and a community space. The company's goal is to centralize the gamer experience within a single product, combining commercial efficiency, rich content, and user engagement.

Project overview
GAMECASH! is a UX/UI design project for a gaming-oriented e-commerce platform, addressing issues of conversion, retention, and community.
The project aims to respond to varied user behaviors, ranging from quick purchases to in-depth exploration, while maintaining a smooth and consistent experience despite its rich functionality.
The platform combines a shop, detailed product pages, second-hand products, a fan area, and support, with an architecture designed to naturally guide the user toward action.
Défis
The main challenge of the project lay in the functional complexity of the platform. It was necessary to integrate many services without harming readability or the speed of the user journeys.
Another major issue was prioritizing actions on key pages, in order to reduce hesitation and make decision-making easier, while maintaining an engaging community dimension without drawing attention away from business objectives.
Goals
The main objective was to design an experience capable of adapting to several user profiles:
those who come with a clear and immediate purchasing intent,
those who explore, compare, and analyze before deciding,
those who are primarily looking for a social and community dimension.
Approach & Key Decisions
The project is based on a user-centered approach, supported by the analysis of distinct profiles (quick buyers, explorers, collectors).
The information architecture, user flows, and interfaces were designed to balance discovery, reassurance, and conversion, with particular attention to the clarity of CTAs, user feedback, and the overall consistency of the system.

Results & Learning
GameCash! resulted in a coherent, fluid, and structured platform, capable of meeting a variety of use cases without sacrificing ease of use.
Iterations from user testing made it possible to significantly improve the clarity of actions, the understanding of the purchase journey, and the quality of visual feedback.
Key lessons from the project include:
the importance of a clear action hierarchy in e-commerce interfaces,
the need to provide contextual cues at the right moment to reassure the user,
the added value of a well-integrated community experience, which strengthens engagement without disrupting navigation.
This project highlights a holistic UX approach, combining strategic thinking, functional design, and attention to micro-interactions.
GameCash! demonstrates the ability to design complex products while maintaining a fluid, scalable, and user-centered experience, within a framework of continuous improvement.
