Project overview

The Flowlytics project involves the design of a comprehensive B2B analytics platform, intended for daily professional use in data-heavy environments. The goal was to provide an interface capable of making key metrics immediately readable, while offering enough analytical depth to support decision-making at different levels of the organization.

Défis

The main challenge of the project lay in simplifying complex data without compromising its value or reliability. Existing analytics tools are often perceived as too technical, too dense, or poorly structured, which makes them difficult for non-specialist decision-makers to adopt. It was also necessary to find a balance between visual clarity and functional richness, in order to avoid both cognitive overload and the loss of essential information. Finally, the interface had to inspire trust and credibility in a B2B context where data is directly tied to business decisions.

  • Facilitate rapid decision-making

  • Structure information clearly and in order of priority


Approach & Key Decisions

The interface was designed around the essential KPIs, with a strong visual hierarchy that makes it possible to quickly distinguish critical information from secondary information. The design adopts a data-first approach, deliberately understated, to limit any unnecessary distraction. The journeys were designed for busy users focused on results.

Results & Learning

The Flowlytics project results in the design of a complete B2B SaaS platform, structured around a main dashboard, detailed analytical views, and decision-oriented insight panels. The interface makes it possible to clearly prioritize key metrics, efficiently navigate between different levels of information, and reduce the cognitive load associated with analyzing complex data.
This project demonstrates my ability to design a B2B product end to end, taking into account both business challenges, data-related constraints, and the needs of non-technical decision-makers, with an approach firmly focused on clarity, efficiency, and real-world use.
